Eligibility: The competition is open to all individuals aged 16 years and above who have a valid account on the PremierInvest platform, and invest a minimum of K100 for a minimum period of 6 months. The platform is accessible via USSD (*559#), PremierCredit Mobile Application (available on the Play Store and App Store for Android and IOS), and Web Application (https://applyloan.premiercredit.co.zm/InvestorRegistration#/)
Duration: The competition will run for 6 months, starting from 7th March 2023 to 6th September 2023.
Participation: To participate in the competition, participants must invest a minimum of K100 into their PremierInvest account during the campaign period. Other criteria for entry into the draw are outlined below:
1. The frequency of investments increases the chances for participants to win.
2. The investment should be made toward a loan with a tenure of not less than 6 months.
3. In the event that the Investor is a winner of any of the prizes of the campaign, the Investor consents that only their full name;
4. partial phone number and; partial NRC shall be announced on a public platform on the days on which the draw shall run.
5. The Investor will not make any withdrawals on their investment at any point until after the investment period indicated from the date of the investment has elapsed.
Winner selection: The more funds a participant invests, the higher their chances of winning. The number of winners will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the competition period. The winners will be selected via a system-based draw as outlined below:
1. The weekly winner will be selected and announced each week, starting 3 weeks after the campaign launch date.
2. The monthly winner will be selected and announced each month, starting 1 month after the campaign launch date.
3. The second prize winners will be selected and announced on the campaign end date.
4. The first prize (which is also the grand prize) winner will be selected and announced on the campaign end date.
Prizes: The prize(s) for the competition will be:
1. First Prize: Brand new Toyota Hilux GD6 from CFAO Motors. It is equipped with a 2.8-litre four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, which delivers a maximum power output of 174 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque. It is available with either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission and features a part-time four-wheel drive system with low-range gearing for off-road driving. The winner will be called during the live draw on their mobile phone number linked to their PremierInvest account. In an event that the selected winner is unreachable on the phone call, their chance will be forfeited after the third attempt and the draw will be run again to select another winner. They will be required to be physically present at the grand finale for the prize handover ceremony, and consent to have images and videos taken of them, as well as to act in a manner as directed by the staff representing PremierCredit.
2. Second Prize: K50,000 cash prize each to 5 winners. The winners will be called during the live draw on their mobile phone numbers linked to their PremierInvest account. In an event that the selected winner is unreachable on the phone call, their chance will be forfeited after the third attempt and the draw will be run again to select another winner. They will be required to be physically present at the grand finale for the prize handover ceremony, and consent to have images and videos taken of them, as well as to act in a manner as directed by the staff representing PremierCredit. Once the winner has been announced and verified, they are automatically removed from the rest of the draws.
3. Third Prize: K10,000 monthly gift voucher for household appliances from Radian Stores. The winners will be called each month during the live radio draw on their mobile phone numbers linked to their PremierInvest account. In an event that the selected winner is unreachable on the phone call, their chance will be forfeited after the third attempt and the draw will be run again to select another winner. They will allow photos and/ or videos showing them with their selected household appliances in Radian Stores, to be published on various media platforms. Once the winner has been announced and verified, they are automatically removed from the rest of the draws.
4. Fourth Prize: K1,500 weekly grocery shopping voucher from any Shoprite Zambia store. The winners will be called each week during the live Facebook draw on their mobile phone numbers linked to their PremierInvest account. In an event that the selected winner is unreachable on the phone call, their chance will be forfeited after the third attempt and the draw will be run again to select another winner. They will allow photos and/ or videos showing them with their selected groceries in Shoprite, to be published on various media platforms. Once the winner has been announced and verified, they are automatically removed from the rest of the draws.
Taxes: The winner(s) will be responsible for any taxes, duties, or other costs associated with the prize(s).
Disqualification: Participants found to be engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior will be disqualified from the competition.
Limitation of liability: The investment platform and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize(s).
Modifications: The investment platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
Governing law: The competition will be governed by the laws of Zambia. Any disputes arising from or related to the competition will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Zambia.
